• Any loss of data, wager history, or account information resulting from technical failure or force majeure events.
• Any wager placed in error by the player, including wagers placed on incorrect selections, incorrect stake amounts, or after a match or event has commenced where the applicable rules require pre-match placement.
• Decisions made by players based on information provided on the Platform that is found to contain errors or inaccuracies, provided that 7o7777 acts in good faith to correct such errors upon discovery.

Self-Exclusion

No refund of real-money deposits will be made in cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering.

The compliance team will conduct an independent review of the matter and provide a written decision within 10 business days of the escalation request.
